Thank you @lugbolt for the response. I will check for this.

1st time belt replacement for the mower deck and found, one of the pulleys (the fixed position belt tensioner pulley - photo attached) wobbling with some up/down play with the bolt. Tighten the bolt as best I could but still wobbles. Just trying to confirm that the pulley should be secured...
