    Jerky movement in FWD B3030 HST

    No expert here, but it sounds as if the tractor has mis-matched tires on the front or rear causing some binding when traveling in FWD. There could also be damage to the front end caused by being in FWD and operating on hard surface, such as pavement. JMHO. rr

    FYI; A few = 4; Several = 7 to 9; A bunch = 10 to 15; A goob = more than 15 to 20; Uddles = 20 or more. ;)

    L3301HST Power steering

    My L3301 has very weak power steering until I press the HST pedal or at the least a little movement of the tractor. I have read somewhere that, that is normal. rr

    Front axle Lub

    Thanks for the replies. There will some SUD left in the axle after draining, even overnight as I did. So I figure a little more mix won't hurt a thing. Cold weather not a problem here way down in AR, most of the time. If it's below freezing I have the option of staying by the fire. rr

    Front axle Lub

    I drained the front axle of factory lub and refilled per operating manual. I put in four quarts of 90 wt. gear oil. According to the book it holds 4.8 US qts. It appears to need more to be full. Question is; is it ok to top it off with SUDT as I have a couple gals. left in my stock or should...
