Grooving the tires made a noticeable difference.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Getting a chill in the air around here in the evenings. Made me start thinking about snow. Had some slippage with the R4’s last year so decided to groove the tires. I based the pattern off of the new TracLoader II design.

    L3302/3902 PCV Valve Service Bulletin

If I saved somebody a little work and they benefited from that, I’m fine with that. It would be nice if he does remember, but I’m not going to worry about it. Really, it saved me time and kept another pair of eyes from looking around at my property and belongings. Don’t get me wrong though. Had...

    L3302/3902 PCV Valve Service Bulletin

No, can’t get my hand back there and don’t have a mirror, that’s why the borescope. I’m a hands-on kinda guy. Sent the scope in today and no plug.

    L3302/3902 PCV Valve Service Bulletin

Was contacted by my dealer today informing me that there is a Service Bulletin on the L3302 and L3902. Appears on some tractors that they left a plug in the PCV vent hole. It was explained to me that the plug is to keep the hole open when the part goes to paint and some plugs weren’t removed. My...

Love that movie! I don’t know if it’ll work with the 3901. I attached a copy of the instructions. Maybe that’ll help determine? The “dimples“ that are mentioned are actually little pre drilled holes. If you can press the seat cushion back slightly away from the molded seat-back edge, you should...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Creeping up on 50hrs with my L3302 so did some little maintenance stuff before weather gets cold here. Cleaned the air filter, checked the tires, checked fluids…oh oh. Front axle case was low by 2L of the 4.5L required. I know it’s been posted here before about others having the same problem...

    LX3310 HST Whine

True that! B2650 didn’t seem as loud. However, it does seem to be getting quieter at 30 hours. Either that or I’m getting used to it. Totally subjective though. Been meaning to get a decibel meter for guns and other stuff. Now I have another reason.

Upgrading ? LX or L series

I think you’ll be happy with the L3302. I moved up from a B2650 and the difference in frame size and weight are very noticeable. The extra weight (approximately 1000lbs) alone helps to handle those big logs in the grapple with much more stability, and although the larger LA526 loader doesn’t...
