I got the LandPride BB1254 for my BX23s a couple of weeks ago. I've had the tractor for 2 years. Dressed up my driveway and worked over a problem area in my yard. It's a great attachment. Next spring/summer I plan on doing a lot of leveling in my front yard, approximately 1 acre.
The exact ones I have had for a year. They work great on my bx23s. The fixed forks have not been an issue. With a pallet, I have hauled stuff within the tractors limit, and used it as a portable work platform. Great addition for me.
Had the same problem with mine. I pulled the pin (quite a chore). Cleaned up the pin and zirk, greased it up, put it back in (pretty snug fit), replaced bolt and nut. I then greased in place while operating the joint. It takes grease very slowly.
