    Silly Question B6000 CCW PTO

Not against the idea, but that would be above my pay grade lol I also think there *may* be helical gears in there that probably cant just be flipped but require new ones cut, which would cost more than the machine is worth?

    Silly Question B6000 CCW PTO

So I have looked for a PTO Reverser and they are as rare as a Unicorn to find or so exceptionally expensive it would be cheaper to buy another "disposable" mower for the task at hand. My "Silly" question is that since the PTO is spinning 540RPM CCW , would it not be cheaper to get ( I already...

    B6000DT Rim Issue

Hi all again! So I sheered the front left rim while plowing snow :( See pics attached. This is a B600DT 4WD model and the rims seem weird . Specs say it should be 6-12 in front and 7-16 in the rear. Given the mangled front I measured it and it is 13 and 1/8" tall rim TDC -> BDC. Tire is just...

    FEL Downpressure great, lift weak?

Mine uses a separate pump for the FEL , it is not tied to the 3pt which is run off the hydro trans pump. thank you for the suggestion ! It ended up being a worn belt!

    New To Me B6000E & B6000D w/Loader

Yes it is... It's a small pump and fits nicely in there. I would imagine if you can fabricate (or have someone fab one) you could locate it elsewhere .

    FEL Downpressure great, lift weak?

Ended up being a worn belt. It was tight but slipping from wear on the edges and down the V.

    New To Me B6000E & B6000D w/Loader

For one that drives a B219 Loader it is on the right side of the tractor on a bracket off the flywheel pulley. W/O loader the one that drives the trans is on the left side under the exhaust manifold.

    FEL Downpressure great, lift weak?

Tested swapping hoses .... no joy . Took a close look @ the belt and despite being taught it was worn on the sides and into the V.... tensioned the living $hit out of it and tested again... Full lift back! Took it off which was a pain in the nuts and took to a hyrdo shop that came close enough...

    FEL Downpressure great, lift weak?

Lol ! Not butthurt just didn't know the expression. It was "out of the can" Krylon Fusion Popsicle Orange spray paint after grinding/stripping the surface rust and sanding to bare-ish metal where it was rusted. Not "Kubota" orange but it's close enough for me for a loader that sits in the barn...

    FEL Downpressure great, lift weak?

Thank you, Dave. I'll give this a try in the morning and see how it handles a 250lb weight in the bucket on both setups.

    FEL Downpressure great, lift weak?

Geeze tough audience! I never claimed I was a painter nor try to be , but all things considered it came out much better then the way I received it. LOL Original Link To Rebuild Pics vs now with "5 gallons finish" , I'm not ass blasted by the finish considering no metal work to the hood was...

Could you point me to any resources to check or rebuild ?

    FEL Downpressure great, lift weak?

I would worry that swapping lines after verifying the schematic would risk doing more damage to the possibly failing pump?
