    BX23S 12v accessory plug live?

I have my tender wired direct to battery. Cable end lives above radiator screen. If my hood is open, the charger is plugged in. That way I won't do something stupid like driving off with it plugged in! Also, I replaced my original battery this spring, almost made it 10years. Regards

Things to look at when buying used BX?

OP, in addition to the above, be sure to check the plastic hydraulic cooling fan for missing/broken blades. I understand these are NO fun to replace! Good Luck

    Front loader snowplow

I run a Kubota loader mounted blade (BX2763) on my BX. I have to put the loader in 'float'. The blade doesn't float on its own. Regards

    New to Kubota BX2360 questions

Your mower has to be fully raised in order to turn the 'Height Knob' to the Top position. In order to keep the back blade raised, you'd need to reposition/move the 3pt arm links. Or, chain the arms up. It would be easy to use those mounting points and chain the 3pt arms in the raised position...

Put a wedge in the kerf to prevent the lean back. Plastic preferred or even wood shims would work.

    New Saw

Best I can tell is it looks like semi-chisel safety chain. Did the kickback condition happen at the beginning or end of the cut? Are you cutting on a pulling chain (bottom side of bar, chain moving towards the powerhead)? Just a thought but, as you're cutting the pieces off the stump, could the...

Not something you have the chance to see every day. It made a pit stop on its way to the airshow. I never knew they had retractable landing gear, that was interesting.

Using the drawbar to pull a trailer

Not sure what speed, terrain & how loaded the trailer you plan to pull is but, yes, absolutely you will be able to pull from the drawbar. If traveling at high speed, stopping will be your issue. I have occasionally dragged my 18' trailer behind my BX when cleaning up trees in the yard without...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Cleaned up a butternut tree that was a casualty of all the rain and high winds we had earlier this spring. I hacked off the exposed roots on the sunny side and was able to stand the trunk back up to chop thru the remainder. It was about all the BX wanted when I came time to move it to the burn...

    Box blade tips

OP, I'll add that with the BX Series, we don't have position control so you'll need to be aware of your box blade height each time you lower it. You'll eventually get the hang of fiddling with the 3pt control to get the height even between consecutive passes. Also, if progressing across really...
