There are certainly some good old boy welder shops...but prices have skyrocketed on everything and by the time you pay them for 2-3 hours of time, you could have bought a new one.

That's really helpful. Yes, my FEL includes that lower bar and the 2 side bars. Nothing in front of the middle of the grill really. Guess I'll start making some calls today.
