Looking for advice on wiring Kubota L1501

Where? I’ve looked at them 50 times and not a single one was a correct fit. Also, it doesn’t fix the voltage regulation issue. If I have to disconnect the alternator because it’s over charging then I’d much rather have a simple button and and toggle switch. Plus not losing keys.

Looking for advice on wiring Kubota L1501

So, tractor came to me without a key. Bought a few different keys and none worked. Some were a lot more expensive than expected. In my infinite wisdom I pulled out the key cylinder to expose the contacts. I have been starting it by jumping the reds together and it works fine but no charge. So I...

    L1501 how to engage pto?

Only 16(coupling) is missing. The bearing assembly 20-23-17 is there. All the bearing assembly and lock nut are all assembled at the output side. Hoping I don’t have to split it. But I’ll do whatever I need to.

    L1501 how to engage pto?

I opened the pto output on the back and drained the gear oil. Pulled out the shaft to find there’s no coupler between the pto and engine output shaft. Everything else looks great. Nice and shiny inside. Apparently the old couple that had this paid to have the driveline rebuilt along with the...

    L1501 how to engage pto?

This is my first time operating a tractor. As far as I can tell the pto has a 4 speed selector but I don’t see anything spinning no matter what I select. I’m hoping someone here can tell me what I’m doing wrong.

Just opened it up and there was a ton of fuel. Waiting for her to charge a little better to see if I can start getting some out from the outlets.

Early 80s L1501 no fuel coming from the injector.

First I cracked lines at injectors then saw the metal dust. Then I took the lines off at the pump. Been cranking a bit and getting nothing. Do I just have to wait? Keep cranking? Or should I take off the injector pump? I’ve been cranking for a while. Was getting little air bubbles and some...

    Missing L1501 keys

Thank you, I really appreciate this help. The local Kubota guy doesn’t even want to talk to me. And charges double any time I ask him to order something. He’s a local legend of an asshole.

    Missing L1501 keys

Fuel line to filter is open. Filter is full. Fuel cutoff lever is disengaged. Really worried about the shiny fuel. Last image I just posted.
