Thank you very much for the response. You have confirmed my initial suspicion. I think I'll use it the way it is for a while, and see if i can't free up the PTO clutch. I understand that it may never free up, but it gives me a bit of time to use it.

L3400dt PTO clutch I'm new here, and have recently purchased a Kubota L3400. I bought it for a relatively low price due to it having some electrical issues, and inability to engage the PTO while running (despite being able to shift drive gears just fine). The PTO didn't show much evidence...
