    F2690 snowblower to lawnmower.

Thanks however I figured it out. Those blocks are part of the blower quick disconnect kit and needed to be removed. They limit the height the blower can raise.

    F2690 snowblower to lawnmower.

I bought a F2690 this past winter and it came with the blower installed. I am now switching over to the mower and can’t seem to find instructions on going from one to the other. I figured out I needed to remove the quick disconnect plate, mounted the mower but it won’t raise. There are two...

    F2690 blower to mower

I have a F2690 and the snowblower has the quick attachment. Removal is extremely easy however it seems I need to remove the quick attachment to install the mower or is there some sort of kit.

    Changing tire size

Should have mentioned I have a cab, not reasonable to remove it. I bought two trailer tire wheels, the bolt pattern is 5x4-1/2. These tires are 16” high rather than the front wheels that are 24”. This solved my issue. It takes less than 5 minutes to swap them out.

Can I run it safely in 2WD, it’s just to get in and out of the garage occasionally for maintenance

    Changing tire size

I have an F2690 that is too high to get into my garage. I‘m looking at buying trailer tires for the front with same bolt pattern that should allow it to fit. The tire outside diameter will be about 16” vs 24”. Seeing this is a 4WD unit, will this be a problem.

    F5210/20 snowblower

Wanting to change the gearbox oil on the snowblower but cannot find instructions. Drain and fill plugs are easy however there seems to be two level plugs. One below and one above the driveshaft. I would think you use the higher one. Any insight.

Thank you. You’re right 2 bolts per side on the backrest which I could not easily see.
