what does it cost for a motor like that

I am looking for a hydraulic rotation kit for the shute or part number or my bx2750B Kubota snow blower I have an 12 VOLT electric one now that I bought from the Kubota dealer but it doesn't work well in the extreme cold and freezes up.....any suggestions please
