does it have the decompression knob? Might help to see if it will spin faster with it pulled. My bet is with the rest, bad battery not helping.

I grabbed a manual for that specific mower from ebay. Around 35-40 bucks plus shipping. Considering I couldnt find one, it was worth it. Just google RC60-71H and ebay should pop up with a few options.

So just got a new to me B7100 HST-D. Looking to fix the old girl up and use around the property. It came with a RC60-71H mid mount mower. Aside from the articulating arms on each side, there are no other brackets that came with it. I am wondering how this all mounts up to the tractor for lifting...
