    B8200D Voltage Regulator Wiring

I know this is a really old thread, but I found it helpful. I have the WSM for my B8200 with the wiring diagrams. It shows the flat versiong with G, Gy, Gy, R, B, W top to bottom going into the connector, but doesn't have the key showing how they are arranged in the two rows of 3. Using that...

    voltage regulator

I had to find my login credentials so I could like your post and thank you. I've having some intermittent loss of power on my Kubota B8200 after doing some wiring work. In the process I see that one of the contacts is corroded and has overheated in the wire harness connection to the voltage...

    Clutch Safety Switch?

I know this is a really old thread, but I found it in a search an so other people probably will too. The clutch safety switches on these Kubota's is adjustable. It's axial position is controlled by two nuts, one on either side of the hole it goes through. If the pedal isn't pressing the...

How to remove complete gauge & light switch panel from Kubota B8200

I know this is an old thread, but I found it on a search and maybe the next person will too. That video was helpful to see how things come off. I installed a toggle switch for some ROPS lights and put it through the optional horn hole in the dash. The next step to really get the dash off is...

What size tiller can a B8200 run?

I have a Rhino, I think 55" on my B8200HST. I think it works fine, only ever stalled maybe a couple of times if a rock gets stuck. Looks like it calls for min 20hp. They have a 48" that says min 10hp. I think the Kubota manual lists implement sizes recommended. Probably says 48, it was...

    B8200HST Decompression Lever Stuck

Reading this thread was a nice stroll through memory lane. The tractor has done well by me the last 5 or 6 years. Only real problems have been with old tires and dumb stuff like that. I decided to follow up and say that I had a chance to use the decompression lever in a useful way. The...

    B7100 - Excessive Smoking

My B8200 smoked like that. It had a crack in the head. I bought a rebuilt one and had it installed by a Craigslist mechanic. Then did my own valve adjustment which apparently he overlooked.

Who do you let drive your tractor (unsupervised)?

She knew not to leave it in 4wd when she was done ;)

    tire ballast question

This post started out silly and didn't get any better. That equation is for mass/energy equivalence where "C" is the speed of light. Adding fluid ballast will increase the rotational inertia of the tire somewhat, although at tractor speeds it should be negligible.

    B8200HST Decompression Lever Stuck

Update: I think it is finally complete. I'm a little slow ... :) The tractor has been smoking quite a bit still and was especially bad after sitting and in the cold this past week. Last night I parked it in the garage overnight and today I went in to check the valve clearance and...

    D650/D750 parts question

The one in my D950 didn't work, I used the tractor like that for 2 years but I wanted to get it fixed. But after I got my cracked head repaired I don't think I will need it. I guess it would be nice for using the starter to purge the fuel lines and stuff like that.

    B8200DT Directional Valve Problem

For the directional valve see this thread: http://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14342&highlight=directional+valve It looks like you are missing the roll pins that limit the travel of that directional valve knob. It is supposed to be able to turn freely if these pins are...

    B8200HST Decompression Lever Stuck

Yeah, that's probably the first thing people should try, especially if the lever had worked before at some point. No amount of penetrating oil or jiggling would have gotten mine free because it was oriented in such a way that there was a mechanical obstruction.

    B8200HST Decompression Lever Stuck

If anybody is sill reading, the head was cracked in two places and it was pitted in the middle cylinder, the one that was getting coolant in it. I got a rebuild head from grainfarmer.com. It took forever (6 weeks instead of the 1 he estimated). But it looked great when it arrived. Another...
