Thanks for the tips. I was able to release the zip tie no problem. It did take me a little while to figure out how to release the plug though. Turns out that the indicated lever is not the release. After looking more closely at the new plug, I realized that the release is on the opposite side...

I'm trying to replace my OPC (part # TC420-47902). It seems like there is some click connect on the cable socket that locks it into place and I'm trying to figure out how to get it to release without cutting the factory zip tie that holds the receiver in place. I can see there is a little knob...
