Update: old bolt was wedged between a blade and the drum. That explains that. Now to get it out.

It doesnt spin freely. I'm wondering if the impeller is maybe a little frozen so I've got it in a heated stall for the night to see if that will help. Outside of that I'm out of ideas.

We just replaced the impeller shear bolt on our B2782 snowblower (B3030 tractor), but now as soon as we engage the PTO the whole thing dies. I took the bolt back out and the tractor runs fine with the PTO engaged. I used the oem shear bolt from our dealership, any thoughts on what else to try...
