Great work! Due to post I performed the same procedure and found one piston in the small ring being defective. Is there any chance you might have one good piston left? It looks like I need a swash plate too.

I reused the existing injectors. I bought this machine defective, someone else tore the upper end apart. It sounds like I’m in trouble here.
