It is G1900 Where would PTO switch be as I have a Lever that engages PTO

First thank you for quick reply I have done all that you suggested and s the starter does not engage. Have not tried jumping the solenoid not sure how?? I don’t know what to look for concerning depressing the brake and seat contact required to start engine? Any other ideas??

When trying to start there is no sound from starter. I have replaced the battery and starter dash lights dim when turning key but still no sounds (engagement of starter). What could else should be checked? Yes I have pedal depressed and I’m sitting on seat
