Thanks wolf man, the new filter came in this morning so I pulled the old one off and the stem had chunks of what looked like gasket material on it and all in the filter! Cleaned it real good and replaced with new filter and the lift works great now! Just alittle concerned where the gasket like...

Ok got ya! I really appreciate your help! That dipstick shows full but the lift still won’t work sometimes. I have to shut it off and give it awhile and come back and it will lift. Any ideas?

I thought that was the dipstick but I was confused because there is a cap to fill under the seat and then by your diagram it shows part #290. That’s a fill also? I was confused by having 2 places for filling
