Well as it turned out, it was the stop solenoid/control wiring. Fix was to just cover the hole (actually ground off the nub) and used the manual lever via an pull wire to put it back in operation. Poor form for me, I should have responded sooner, appreciate all the help and getting to the root...

Actually replaced the Stop Solenoid, not the relay, brain fart with the assist for Steve/Jonny...Mike
