    Throttle moves on its own

Thanks for all the prompt replies gentlemen. Appreciate the diagram from Wolfman. Looks like it might be a little difficult to get to but will check it out as soon as I can. Let you know how I make out. Will be out of town for a week or 2. This forum has saved my butt before, likely again. THANKS

WTB: B7300 Mid Mount Mower RCK54-24B or RCK60-24B

Hello, I have a RCK60-24B in good condition with all attachment parts that I may consider selling. They are hard to find but haven't used it for a few years so it might be time to go for the right price. I live in northern York county Pa. Mike

    Throttle moves on its own

Hi guys, got a B2400 with 1100 hrs. After starting and warm up at low speed when I go to WOT to operate the control lever will not stay in position and rpm's will drop a few hundred. I can move it back and engine speed goes up to normal 2450 but will not stay unless manually held there. Weird...

    B2400 hard starting

Hi guys, hope you can give me some advice. I have a B2400 with 1100 hrs. It recently has become hard to start when cold (not below 40F). Suspected possible glow plugs and got 1.9 ohms on all 3 with cheaper VOM. Battery voltage tested 13.1. Tested voltage at plugs in preheat position and got 9.3...

    B2400 Alternater belt replacement

Hi guys. After 900 hrs. I threw the alternater belt on my B2400. Has anyone replaced one? Is it difficult like some cars? Do I need to remove radiator? Will the belt slip around the fan and lower pulley without a lot of disassembly? I am somewhat mechanically capable but don't want to get in over...

    Cultivator advice.

Hi Wolfman. Did you need to add any weight to your cultivator or does the geometry of the tines pull it into the ground. Thanks for the great advice from all who replied to forum.

    Cultivator advice.

Thanks for all the input guys. Think I'll go with the S tines since I can get a better deal on one. Probably go 4 tine as Wolfman suggested. Will be working ground that has been turned and disc several times. No rocks or roots, nice soil. Time to reap a little more of natures bounty and seat...

I already have a turning plow and 3 point disc like pictured. Looking to loosen prior to planting and growing season cultivation.

    Cultivator advice.

Yeah Wolfman, that's the type I was referring to. Are they better than the flatter C shaped tines like on County Line and King Cutter brand. That is a great set-up you have. Close to what I want to do. Can I pull something that size with a B series? Have you ever broken any of the springs...

    Cultivator advice.

Hi guys. Looking to purchase a small 3 point cultivator. Mainly for loosening dirt prior to planting and weed control and cultivating during growing season. I see the flat bent spring type with pointed shanks and also the " Danish Spring" type which are more round and a more peculiar bend with...

    Snowblower compatibility

Thanks Wolfman, guess I'll stick to my 3 point blower, FEL combo. Thought it was worth checking in to. Going backward in and out a 1 mile driveway can be a " pain in the neck".
