They took the machine in and said the breather screw was loose allowing some fluid to escape. Got it back and works fine now with no issues.

Thank you for the response. Dealership is sending someone out Tuesday to pick it up. They looked at the pictures and agreed it needed to be fixed, so that is a start. They want to take it back and check everything to make sure nothing else is wrong with it. Had 15yds of mulch delivered Monday...

As an update, it seems to have stopped leaking/ dripping. Appears to have been coming out of the seam in the axle on the bottom. I had just been using it when I noticed the dripping so it was warmed up and had been in action for a couple hours.

Doing the wipe down. Baby powder is a good idea. thank you. Read about this happening on this forum. Disappointed it’s happening on a new machine. Haven’t done anything crazy. First Kubota. Pretty familiar with operating tractors. See what the dealer says.

Took delivery of a new MX5400 yesterday. It’s been great for cleaning up the property. Have just under 6 hours on it and noticed some Hydro fluid leaking out of the front axle. Dealer was closed, will call tomorrow. Thoughts?
