My BX2200 starter doesn't operate. There is power from the starter key switch. Heater and ignition lights show. I suspect a safety switch. I have found and checked the one on the high low lever, but can't find the second one. Any guidance please?

Thanks for your help. I hoped to use a smallish post driver and that lift sounds sufficient. My only other concern is when I tip a trailer with a single acting ram and then lower it it comes down quite slowly. Will this work for the ram on a post driver when the weight has to be dropped fast...
