Seems like it's starving for fuel or air. Bled injectors, then found a mouse nest in air filter canister. Just SURE that was the problem, but new filter didn't remedy. This model has plastic sediment bowl and paper filter. Took the fuel filter off and couldn't open the plastic sediment bowl...
