Restaurants/Retailers Accepting Cash/Not accepting Cash and Charging a fee for Using a Card/ Labor Fee

True, at the gas pump one has a choice, however, some places are now not accepting cash and then there's the labor fee, no choice, cash or credit, you're paying the labor fee, I could understand why they may charge it in California, but here in Michigan, wonder how legal this is?

Restaurants/Retailers Accepting Cash/Not accepting Cash and Charging a fee for Using a Card/ Labor Fee

Stopped for breakfast in the morning before work at a place that I know only acepts cash, later that day, took the wife out to eat, signs states, pay cash and take 3.5% of the menu prices. I've seen other places charge a flat rate of 1$ for using a card. I've heard of places not accepting cash...

    LX2610SU

I thought that the LX was the replacement for the B2650, isn't it larger than the B2601? I purchased the LX2610 open station, I ordered it with the larger tires as an option and I'm glad I did.

I think I've made my retirement decision....

Spent a number of years wondering if I was going to make it through the next round of salary employee cuts, made to full retirement age, applied for SS and here Iam still working even after telling everyone that once I could retire, I would. I look forward going to work everyday, I have a great...

LX2610 HSDC Top and Tilt Kit

There isn't a kit as far as I know for the LX , I had to put one together, for the sidelink, I was able to get one from Agristore, for the top, I purchased one from Fitrite, really nice but expect a very long wait, maybe 9 months.

    LX2610 Suspension Seat Mod

I'm the same height as you are and I'm struggling with the same issue with the seat height, I had removed the seat to see what work would be needed to change the mount to raise the seat height, it was not difficult to remove, in the end, I just went to a local foam supplier and purchased a dense...

Maybe it's just me.....new member posts asking questions

On the other hand, there's people that post things, it may be something important to them and some choose to ridicule them for their post with condescending attitudes.

    Retirement

Most that replied haven't mentioned exactly what it is that they do for a living, I have a great job, paid well and get to play with all of the cool toys, no reason not to keep working, receive my normal pay and collect SS, when the weather changes next spring, I'll be retired.

    Retirement

I work for large company, I'm the only person in a large (Covid changed who comes in) building, set my own work schedule, get to play with all of the cool toys we have in engineering. Best part is that if things change, I can leave anytime.

    Larger tires on lx2610

I ordered my LX2610 open station with the larger R14s, yes, with these larger tires, you can't use the mid-mount-mower. I didn't care because I don't use it anyway. With the larger ties, there's about a 15 pound per tire increase in weight and they'll hold a little more liquid ballast as well.
