Should there be pressure on the cap on the front wheel? I didn't expect oil to run out when I removed the fill cap.

New member here. I have a 94 or 95 M5030su front wheel drive with fel and other rear attachments. Love this tractor. I need to do better job on maintenance on this tractor. Have a seal leaking on front left wheel. went to check the fluid level on the wheel and oil came out the fill plug...
