Tractor won't start consistently. Had starter rebuilt, new solenoid, installed relay. Battery voltmeter test = 12.80 volts. Turning ignition key, sometimes it starts, most other times not. EasyChecker does not come on when key is turned on. Engine will not shut off with key ( must use...
