    B6100D front crank seal replacement?

It is done, not leaking and purrs again. Thanks for the tidbits. Was pretty straight forward. Will do spring tuneup next week to be ready for some gardening prep in a month. Was dumbfounded at the $150/hr shop rate at my local Orange dealer.

    B6100D front crank seal replacement?

Used a 5# sledge on a ratched on the nut for just enough impact to break nut free. Harmonic puller removed the pully in 15 seconds. Seal is out. Just need to get key out and spacer off. Then order parts. 🥳

    B6100D front crank seal replacement?

Where can I access the flywheel without splitting the tractor? I do have a 1" impact that works on everything but not ready to bring that out just yet 🤣

I am trying to get the front nut off the pulley with 1/2" impact and so far a no go. Washer tang bent back. Adding some heat and penetrating oil.

    B6100D front crank seal replacement?

Any tips for doing this from someone who has done it already? Mine is leaking and time for a replacement. Lools like I will need to remove rad, but am more concerned how ro physically get seal out. I see there is an o ring in there too.

    B6100 bogging after warm?

there is no temp gauge. I may look at threads to add them but this falls on me for not paying attention to rad fins.

    B6100 bogging after warm?

Thanks all. Yesterday I took the front grill off and the rad was clogged with fluff from using bush hog. Easy blow out today and should be good to go. Was hard to notice till I opened it up to see the actual rad fins.

    B6100 bogging after warm?

Hi gang Have a B6100 with about 4000 hours that has caused me no issues in 10 years I have had it. I thought one day I put diesel in it with water as it ran fine at high rpm for about 30 mins, then it started to bog down like bad fuel or something was getting stiff, heavy load. Shut er down...
