Is a diverter valve the same as a 3rd function ?

Looking at a 2020 Lx3310. Comes with a big front blower and rear mower. Seller doesn't know much about it, and am wondering about 2 pictures. There is a switch on the loader control and 4 hydraulic connectors out back. Can I assume 3rd function up front? I've also only seen 2 hydraulic...
