    Load Center

I am going thru the L2501 loading and tongue weight drill now, and with both loader and box blade elevated, the center of gravity seems to be right about the loader mount tube. Since I haul on a 14' double axle trailer, I need an extension so the box blade can be lowered and supported. With...

I just finished reading your write up on the L2501 Turbo and wondered if you ever followed thru with a turbo kit and install details. Your work looks really clean! My L is still in warranty but I don't want to let your mods get lost because at some point I will want to bump the HP and...

    Laser cut L2501 floor mats

One thing to consider if the laser melts the cut edges would be to use water jet cutting. I don't know if that is available near you but the cost is very reasonable, especially if you are putting together an "order". I would also be interested, regardless of fabrication method.

Picture of your tractor on your trailer

Measuring tongue weight, AFTER hauling 1000 miles with the tractor substantially more forward. The tongue weight was way too much during that haul as the bucket was folded under the arms and the box blade was attached. As shown, the weight is good, and I just have to detach and attach the box...

    Hydraulic top link

Just one more dumb question. I talked to the mechanic at my dealer and for a custom T&T setup he suggested running the power from the FEL return line. Then return from the T&T valve to the return port on the manifold. Are we overlooking anything that would cause a problem?

    Hydraulic top link

Nice job joearizona! I was wondering why not use a joy stick for Top N Tilt, and seems you have proved that it will work. I would like to get the valve lower, behind the seat on my L2501, or between the seat and the fender. I'm still trying to decipher the hydraulics and simplify connections...

    Added Rear Remotes and TnT

This is really helpful as I want to do a custom TNT setup on my L2501. Since I'm starting from zero on understanding hydraulics, it would be more than a little aid to get that diagram from Lenny. Since I have some experience on a JD landscape tractor my preference would be to have the spool...

    L2501 Modifications

Great thread Mike! Like many above, I want to do this when my new L2501 goes out of warranty, and if you make the kit I will likely buy and put on the shelf until it can be bolted on. I figured the engine was detuned, and had a lot of potential, but you have found more than I expected. A...
