    L-35, R&R Key-Stop Relay Timer

PoTreeBoy... Thank you so much! That's the final piece of info I need. I'm a bit disabled and only work a few minutes at a time. With the diagram and the instrument panel removed, I should be good to go. It's easy to forget the key when stopping with the fuel pull knob. This happened to my...

    L-35, R&R Key-Stop Relay Timer

I'm having trouble accessing the Key-Stop relay. I can't get the instrument cluster out. It's attached to the Tach drive, I think. I'm not certain where this relay is; I think it's in the cowling under the instruments. If you've replaced this relay, I'd appreciate some idea of how to reach it. TIA

    L35 fuel shutdown relay/timer, part#?

PoTreeBoy I have a new Key Stop Relay/Timer, but don't see how to gain access to it's mounting position. I'm unable to remove the instrument panel or plastic shroud. I hope you can give me a clue. Thanks for your time and assistance.

    Punctured rear tire, L-35, thoughts/advice?

Thanks Rodger... Your advice to trim the plug to the surface is good. Tractor tires often slip on various surfaces and might dislodge the plug. I'll trim it close.

    Punctured rear tire, L-35, thoughts/advice?

Thanks for all the input. I'll go for plugging. Rear tires likely 25yrs. They look OK; no Beet Juice. Stored inside with almost no heavy work on small homestead. I'm a disable 86yr old Vet; Kubota is how I'm still able to keep the place up; I should say, Wife & Kubota. I use it as a ladder...

    Punctured rear tire, L-35, thoughts/advice?

Just discovered a wood screw in rear tire, L-35. Starting to remove it makes soap bubbles. It's a small diameter screw, maybe a hole too small for plugging. Can these tires be plugged. I'd appreciate your experience with small punctures. I'm unable to take it to the tire shop; they would...

Useful life of flexible hydraulic lines?

I have an L-35 w/1,184hrs, about 16yrs/old. I'm wondering about replacement b4 failure. How long do they usually last? Should I preemptively replace then at XX,xxx hrs, or XX years? It looks like an extensive/expensive task. I'd prefer replacing them b4 they fail, but I don't want to do it...

Locate Fuel Cut-Off Timer box, L-35

Thank you to Dave and wdLanning for good advice and the fuse box ID. Sorry to take so long in replying, I've been busy doing w/o the tractor on the homestead. At 81yrs, I use the L-35 for work that requires wheelbarrow, ladder, shovel, etc. Today I traced the problem to corrosion in the Fuel...

Locate Fuel Cut-Off Timer box, L-35

The Fuel C/O solenoid seems OK, it retracts with 12v. The wire to the solenoid shows no voltage before or after the key is switched off. There is a fuse panel, left side, below the instrument housing, with 2 15A and 6-7 10A fuses. All look good. The fuses are not identified as to function ...

Locate Fuel Cut-Off Timer box, L-35

Hello... I'm new to the forum and very pleased to have found it. My nearest Kubota dealer is over 100mi away, so maintenance and repair is on my watch. I recently solved an electrical malfunction by reading posts on the forum. My 3yr old spiral GreenTop battery was suddenly down to only a...
