A cheap fix. Clean the oval hole really well. Wrap tinfoil or wax paper around the oiled pin. Insert into the oval and fill the void with your favorite JB Weld product. Once it hardens pull the oiled pin and it should last a long time until you save the $ to replace with original parts.
