That's why I have an exhaust hood over my tractor exhaust in my shop. My tractor smokes horrendous amounts of blue when it is cold... -

Is this with just a cold engine? They will often smoke quite a bit when cold. Try running it with a load to see if it clears up at all...

With smoke I would check the air filter first. And you can download the workshop manual here...
