Yep... if a lot of fork lift capacity is the goal, a forklift will be eleventy times better than a tractor.

What’s wrong with backing up with the PTO engaged?!! That’s how I run my bush hog in heavy stuff, I back into it mower-first, not forward tractor-first.

I ordered my L3901 with the top from the dealer. I consider it mandatory! it gives you a place to put lights too. I put eight LED floods on, two on each corner. I have mine more because if rain than sun. It’s very durable. I tow my tractor on the freeway with no issues.

Absolutely load the tires. The 2501 will power it just fine and the ballast helps stability a lot.

If you have hilly terrain, rear whee spacers help a lot. I put 4” spacers on and it’s way better.

I have a big yard with a lot of trees and this time of year is The Leaf Apocalypse. Has anyone here blown leaves in to huge piles and used their flail mower on the tractor to pulverize them? I mean, I suppose I’ll have to just go out and try it, but I’ll toss the question anyway.

The reason the Bora spacers take longer to ship is they will custom make them any way you want. They will make them from steel or aluminum, any size you want. They come with everything you need also. I had them make me 4” spacers for my L3901 because no one sells them. Makes a huge difference...
