    Husqvarna 550xp mark 2 or Stihl ms261

I think Stihl did a gas cap recall in 2011 for the "flippy" caps that were leaking. I've got a lot of Stihl saws and never had a gas cap leak problem, although one of my saws was included in the recall, so I got a new "flippy cap" for that one. A chainsaw shop was saying that when Husky started...

    Titan attachments pallet forks ?

I also bought the Titan standard version with 42" forks. My comments would pretty much echo Hokie's in his post #11. I too kinda wish they were a bit longer, but so far they done everything I've asked. Between the forks at 180Lbs and the frame at 138Lbs the combined weight is 318 pounds, and I...

    Front Axle Oil Level

That's how I wish my L3901 was set up. If they're not going to give you a dip stick, yours seems like the best alternative.

    Front Axle Oil Level

I don't know..., I feel like dolt even admitting this - but I was TOLD about it early on, right about when I joined the forum... (I think someone even sent me an email or PM on it) and I just flat out spaced it off until I saw this thread resurface a couple days ago. Well, I went out and...

    How to deal with liars

I went to the Eagles concert in Omaha the other night. I haven't been vaccinated so I had to get tested before I could go in. If you had a Vaccine card you were good-ta-go. That seems odd to me, given that even folks that have the shot can and do get Covid and pass it along. Seems to me if...

L3901: Hydraulic fluid leak fixed. Plus a couple questions.

Yeah, it's one of those things that just seems so avoidable but it hasn't done one thing to diminish my overall giddiness over owning the tractor. VERY happy with my decision!! Jer

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll check on it! Jer

L3901: Hydraulic fluid leak fixed. Plus a couple questions.

Just a post to kind of reinforce what some other owners have noticed, that sometimes hose clamps from the factory just aren't tight enough ;) My tractor was delivered to me with I believe 4 hours on it. I drove it around the front field then parked it in the machine shed. A couple weeks went...

    Another grease thread

I recently watched a comparison done by Project Farm between Super Tech (Walmart general purpose) and Red "N" Tacky. I have a lot of basic general purpose grease around, but I'm going to get some of the better grease for my new baby after watching this :)

    Laser cut L2501 floor mats

I just took delivery of a new L3901 and boy would I love to have a set of those! Like others have said, there just has to be a market for them. You could probably gauge interest by setting up an "I'm Interested" kinda list. If it looks doable, communicate cost, etc., and see where it goes...
