Appreciate the reply... Yes, I was able to follow all the steps, however the bracket is not stationary, nor is it connected to anything, and the bolt has no landing place, so it can travel full length and not adjust anything. My question is about what the bolt should actually be pushing...

The bolt and bracket are behind the left side rear wheel just below the seat. the adjustment raises the deck to meet the stops on the frame and reduces the deck wobbling in the up position. I do have the manuals and am searching them now....

Hey, new to the forum... I was attempting to adjust the wiggle of my mower deck, but the adjustment assembly (bolt and bracket) don't seem to be connected anywhere and just kind of rattles around. are the any threads here about that issue or does anyone have any wisdom on the subject?
