Dan, Thanks for reply - Rather than hex bolt, it looks like I should have said "socket screw" - the lower one was the leaker. Are these okay to tighten?

Hello, I have a L3940 and had a leak coming from my loader valve. I took off the fender and found a hex head that was where it was leaking from. I don't know much about hydraulics. Are these hex bolts just for extra ports and can I tighten them down to stop the leak. Its the lower hex head...
