    Thank you for your response, we do have mice around. I will check around the wiring. he wires could've come loose or been damaged when removing the exhaust filter. Thanks again.

    Good Morning, Have a KX - 040 Excavator 1800 hrs, It threw a code Sys exhaust temp. It looks like exhaust temp so had the filter cleaned. Came back with Sys err 5, replaced coolant sensor. Still goes to limp mode. Any ideas??? Thank you. Jason
