Just got done plowing and cleaning up and FEL won't go up now... last thing I did was engage rear PTO to lower backhoe (woods 650) arms to clean snow off, then raised them...when I went to raise FEL bucket to clean that it wouldn't....Bucket does curl both ways... any help would be appreciated...
