Problem solved: PB port on the loader valve did not have the correct powerbeyond adapter. The correct power beyond adapter ( 3/4" NPT Power Beyond Sleeve Prince 660312004). Also the hoses needed to be swapped between the PB port and the valve outlet.

Yep. No worries, I checked the hoses about 10 times after I hooked everything back up again. It works as it should now.

Correct the ports 2 and 3 are not connected in the block and it would have to go through the FEL.
