    B7000 Oil Dilution

An oil sample will tell quite a bit if you have access to such a facility locally. It can determine if it is fuel dilution with a simple closed cup flash test and the additive packages of hydraulic oil is usually quite a bit different than engine oil. Up here it runs $17.00 to do a sample. Most...

    small chainsaw recommendations

Another vote for the 170. I have three saws, the 170 is the smallest, lightest, easiest to handle (also the go to for 90% of my cutting needs). Love that little saw.

    Engine Oil

Generally if you are going to start at cold temperatures and extended oil changes then synthetic is a good choice, if not a good quality 15W-40 and change a little more often.

    Grease question??

I have found Lucas grease to be extra sticky, hard to wash off even with a pressure washer (exactly what you want your grease to do). It is a very good grease.

    Grease question??

A good synthetic oil based grease in lithium soap works very well. Some cheaper greases allow the oil to come out of suspension plus it won't flow at lower temperatures, it will extrude, crack off and fall out of the joint.
