    KTAC vs Erie Tractor Insurance

Thanks for the detailed info Pburchette... just for clarity you obviously picked a bit on your quote for a $500 deductible. I presume you meant $332/year? (Not 3321.)

    KTAC vs Erie Tractor Insurance

Exactly NHSleddog! You should never assume a homeowners policy covers these things (or all of your toys for that matter). Your friend is fighting an uphill battle as I'm sure Insurance Companies get sued 100's of times a year for this very situation. Know what you're buying and challenge any...

    KTAC vs Erie Tractor Insurance

You are correct je1279... KTAC Rep told me the replacement coverage is only available while the machines are under finance contract even though you can continue coverage with them.

    KTAC vs Erie Tractor Insurance

I am VERY interested in this thread as I try to complete due diligence on coverage for my Kubota contract, Woodmaxx implements, and a new trailer. All-in this is a $42K purchase with 32K of it going to the Kubota contract. Obviously I would need to look to my insurance company for covering the...

    Kubota Response to Questions

I actually asked a cop that once... his response was "9 you're fine... 10 you're mine!". I've tested the low end of that 1 mph range a few times and haven't gotten a ticket yet. (knock knock). I wouldn't necessarily make it a habit of flying by them at 9 over though ;-).

    Need Flail Mower Recommendations

Yes mostly for the chips. Total of 50 acres across 2 properties, both of which have ponds, trails, and resting benches... I gave plenty of fallen debris to use for ground cover in many spots and plenty more left over for habitat.

    Need Flail Mower Recommendations

Thank you for the detail. I spoke with WoodMaxx today and had a good discussion about the importance of available service support (which of course wouldn't be complete without commentary on the human psyche and natural tendency to express frustration far more frequently than satisfaction on...

    Need Flail Mower Recommendations

GR8 Advice! I actually was on-again/off-again with the WM-8H and it is on my list of talking points for them. As for the FM-62H, I don't have rear hydraulics on my LX2610 (...yet). Since I mow mostly open field and wooded trails I was thinking I could get by without the FM-62H since it would be...

    Need Flail Mower Recommendations

I REALLY appreciate that comment UpNorthMI! I agree when a customer has a good experience they usually only tell their friends when asked.... if they have a bad experience they tell everyone! I felt I did a respectable amount of research before selecting the FM-62 flail mower and the WM-8M...

    Need Flail Mower Recommendations

Thanks in advance for any experienced input on what brand of 60" Flail Mower would match well with my LX2610. I maintain a 9 acre home property and 40 acres full of hilly, wooded trails in Northern WI. Other posts have sold me on a flail mower over a brush hog, but now what to buy? Ideally I...

    Increasing hillside mowing stability

Good stuff in that NASD document. Thanks. I can't believe I'm still here to enjoy my new LX2610. Hasving grown up on a large dairy farm in WI my father and grand father ALWAYS stressed safety, but as a young buck with no fear and almost always in a hurry to get the current job done and on to the...

    lx2963 vs lx2980 snowblowers

Thank you very much for the quick reply! Yes... I have been a fan of GP Outdoors on YouTube since I started seriously looking for my tractor purchase several months ago. I would say it was Gordy's videos that pushed me more aggressively toward the LX2610. (I think he should be on Kubota's...

    lx2963 vs lx2980 snowblowers

Hello Fat Fenders.... Hobbit Habits here and brand new to the forum! A couple of questions for you (the 2nd for any forum member that happens to know). 1st question: can you give me a clue as to where in Northern WI you reside? I am curious because I have 40 acres including a cabin, studio, and...
