adding more fuel adjustment of the governor. ? by adjusting the fuel limit adjustment screw?

i retested the fuel pump although the pump runs and the engine is getting enough fuel to run at no load. when i tested the pump for pressure and delivery it failed. problem found. thanks for all the advice.
