    Sunk RTV 900

Yup my next step would be flush out fuel system and tank then fresh new fuel. Drain Oil won’t be hard to tell if it got water in it and change including filter. Hopefully it’s one of those and you’ll be good to go. Depending on how your exhaust exits pulling it in reverse without anything...

    BX2380 Ballast Box weight.

Welcome to the forum. Pretty sure you’ll find this info in your owners manual. Should be a section that talks about ballast. Also you’ll see the little search icon top right of this page. I’m sure you’ll find more than enough ballast talk and home made ideas if you choose to go that route. Box...

M5N-091.... someone screwed up and it wasn't me.

Kinda crazy you were able to half remove it before then retighten it. Just being a nut and bolt. Also why wouldn’t Kubota still just put the proper bolt or plug in the threaded hole. Glad you got everything figured out but this is still mind boggling to me. When doing fluid changes you could...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

First year I’ve had to do this. Not even enough snow to reload the sleds. Thought this was easier then grass dragging them

    Bucket TLC

I’ve tried the diesel works but a mess when you go to use the chains. I just use em and hang them when I’m finished. I don’t really care how they look as much these days but dragging them sounds intriguing. It’s sand as far as you can see and dig in my area so shouldn’t be hard to accomplish if...

    Bucket TLC

Dragging seems like a great idea. At this point it’s just cosmetic. Any pitting or damage is done. I wouldn’t worry about the chains. To be honest I wouldn’t worry about the bucket either. just a lesson learned. Make sure the angle the bucket down if it’s gonna be out in the rain so it won’t...

Warm up time in Winter vs. Summer

My truck definitely gets the warm up period during the winters. Not because of the engine. My butt wants a warm heated seat to sit on lol.

Warm up time in Winter vs. Summer

I warm it both in summer and winter. I also like to see the gauge move up a bit past the C before I move it and usually pretty close to normal temps before it works hard. Every gas or diesel motor I have gets a warm up before going to work. Can’t see the harm in it so

    starting problems with B2150

This one is an odd one. Maybe I’m missing something but I have gone over a few times and still didn’t see anything about testing your original battery. You had the starter rebuilt before confirming it was even the issue. Did you test the rebuild one before installing it? Are the fuses all good...

    starting problems with B2150

Probably a good idea to find the issue rather then just keep buying parts. Agree that it sounds like a ground issue or connections. Clean them up till ya see bare metal.

    Lookng at purchasing a 2010 L5240 tech question/opinion

2010 l5240 with 1400 hrs and catastrophic hst failure. The new bigger hst installed at the dealer then another 100hrs put on to then sell or trade it back in to the same dealer??? Has me thinking. I get why the dealer wouldn’t warranty the work that was done in the past but I’d hope the price...

New Owner with an Oil Drip

Well if the dealer offers to send a tech then that’s wicked. I think most dealers offer this but the cost is a bit scary. Be sure to ask first what the cost is. I have a really hard time paying 100+ per hr to change my oil. This forum answers more questions then my dealer can or will. They...

New Owner with an Oil Drip

Maybe if you explain your issue to the dealer and how your hoping to become more familiar with working on this tractor they will cut ya some slack on a new filter and oil so you could do the fix yourself without having to be out the cash.

    Cant get started

Only one way to find out. Haven’t heard anything about you checking fuses and safety switches. Have you eliminated those as potential issues? I think it’s gonna take a bit more info for us. Did you remove the battery to top it off or leave it on the tractor? Did you wash it or pressure wash it...

    Loader Falls too fast

Sorry I wasn’t implying you did. Well I don’t own this model but if I did and this was the case every time I lowered a full bucket I’d be pissed. Imo if it can lift it it then should be able to safely lower it without having to add flow restriction valves. I was always under the impression team...
