When a good battery is hooked up nothing happens. No lights, no gauges, nothing.

HAHA....ya'll should go on the road. It's a L2550. Fuse Box is ok, replaced all the fuses but I think the rest is above my expertise. I'm not good at electrical stuff, better at the guts of the machine.

Long story short my brother installed a new battery in my tractor Backwards...he hooked the positive to the negative and the negative to the positive. He said there was some smoke but nothing caught fire or exploded. What I need to know is what kind of repairs am I looking at now. Figure fuse...
