I will have to try that. I have done some checking and I have seen that the damper is supposed to help with sudden stop, when in reverse. Mine stops so fast that it catches me off guard and gets to my bad back.

After looking a little farther, I have found what appears to be a stiff spring on the pedal. Anyone know of a softer type spring that will work for the pedal? Thanks again all.

Pedal is the same running or not.

Just bought a 2010, B 2620 and had noted the pedal to go forward and back, is very hard to push down. Ran a brush hog today and after awhile leg and foot aching because of it. Is there any thing I can do to take the stiffness out of the pedal?? Thanks all.
