    2006 M9540 Overheating

A handful of 10mm bolts, slid the fan shroud back, and took it out the left side. Wasn't hard at all. I wanted to flush the block, but we have no water or power where we park everything, makes it a PITA.

    2006 M9540 Overheating

Thank you for all your help! I was actually going to put some R13 house insulation above the headliner. Where the city has trees in the medians he knocked a big hole in that brittle orange roof. I'm using this opportunity to fix it with more than the tape he had been using. The radiator is...

    2006 M9540 Overheating

I pulled the roof today, but there is nothing to do with the AC up there. It's under the seat. I'm going to add some foam like goes under siding to insulate the roof.

    L35 Bucket dumps by itself

I had him lightly tap all over the valve body with the handle of a ratchet, and now it's working perfect. Seems like it might have trash in the fluid. I suggested he change the fluid and filter. Am I in the ballpark?

    L35 Bucket dumps by itself

My cousin bought a 1995 L35 with 1750 hours on it. Looks great, runs great. Only problem, this morning he said the bucket wouldn't curl up. He kept moving the stick back and forth until it curled up, but now when he let's go of the stick, it leaks back down (dumps). Hydraulic valve bodys are out...

What does an L35 weigh with loader and back hoe?

My cousin just bought one, and someone has him convinced it weighs over 8000 lbs. Best I remember, a M9540 doesnt even weigh 7000. Would a 10k lb rated trailer be enough for the L35?

I sent him that picture. These tractors only ever do mowing of some sort. From small flails, to batwing bushhogs.

We finished this months mowing today. We are going to wash the radiator out, and flush the system.

    2006 M9540 Overheating

Coolant was changed at the end of last season, before the cold set in. No smoke, no coolant going anywhere, and it runs great. As far as I know he has never cleaned the cabin filters, but what does that have to do with the engine overheating? When it gets near the red on the gauge, the AC shuts...

    2006 M9540 Overheating

I work with my uncle doing commercial landscaping, and a big part of it is mowing the highway medians for the city. We have to use flail mowers because the contract says no rotary mowers. The big Kubota has been overheating, the AC shuts down, and turns the cab into an oven. I dont personally...
