I think I read with a missing plug the oil pressure is only 15 lbs. What is the diameter of these plugs?

New development...my L245 oil pressure drops off to below 7 lbs at idle and 25 lbs at 2000rpm. Should be 14 and 45 which is what it is when first starting the engine. As it gets hot the pressure keeps dropping. I'm aware of the problem with the cam shaft plugs falling out but I have good...
