That usually works but the largest socket in my box is 22mm. I have seen all kinds of sizes ranging from 22mm up to 28mm. It might get expensive buying the larger sizes as a guess.

It was probably on the low end between the level indicators to begin with. D2Cat below describes it perfectly.

My call went to a tractor expert and that was the same question he asked me. ""Are you on a slope pointing upwards?"

I spoke to someone who grew up around tractors their whole life and put me onto that. The first question he asked me was if I was parked on a hill. I ended up adding about 3 gallons of hydraulic fluid. I just got the tractor so I'm still trying to figure it out.

Problem solved. I had parked on a hill pointing up and the hydraulic fluid which was probably low already was too low after sitting in this position.

Backhoe is fine since it's PTO driven. It's just the F/R pedal and FEL that won't move.
