Thanks for the input guys. I'm going to take it to the machine shop to be turned. I was expecting it to look a lot worse. Glad it isn't too far gone, Good thing I shut it down when I did.

Finally had time to take take the crank out. I'm going to upload a couple of pictures. It's not bad as I thought it was going to be. What do y'all think?

Yes it does have thrust bearings. I can see the main bearings have spun and are being squeezed out of the journal. I haven't pulled the crank yet, but I'm sure it's pretty scarred up. Does anyone know what is the largest undersized main bearing made for the d1402?

Well I think I found the problem. I split it back into this morning removed the clutch and pressure plate. I put a pry bar in between the flywheel and and housing and found the slack is actually vertical slack in the main bearings. It only seems to be in the rear not in the front. Guess I'm...

This is what I'm leaning towards being the problem. Just not looking forward to an engine tear down to fix it, especially on an engine I bought for a replacement.

No alignment pins, I marked it before removal and reinstalled the same way.

I'm using the same disc that was in it before engine replacement, had no problems with it with old engine.

When I rest my foot on clutch pedal I can feel the same vibration that I feel in the seat, once I press pedal it all goes away.

The flywheel will only go on one way. I went over everything didn't find any problems so I reassembled it. I still have the same problem. What is possibility that it is a bad thrust bearing in the engine? Would that cause the problem? Thanks

The replacement engine did not have a flywheel on it. It had the flywheel bolts and they were the same as the kioti ones. I will check and see if it only fits one way and post back.

The only thing I used from kubota was the engine, I used the kioti oil pan, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, flywheel and clutch. Nothing was altered, it was a direct swap no modifications. Thank you for your response
