I got the Workshop Manual on its way. I appreciate the help!

I found the relay and when I turn the key on it clicks, swapped it out with another relay of the same part number and still nothing at the pump.

Was loading some stuff yesterday and engine started to lug like it was running out of fuel. I checked gauge and it showed 1/4 tank roughly. Went ahead and killed it and poured in 5 gallons of fuel. Cranked it up and it was still rough. So I figured fuel pump was going out, which I had a spare...
